METHOD Search based method
METHOD Search of conformations in a lattice using radius of gyration
METHOD and amber99(1) Van Der Walls energy as restritions (this term detects
METHOD structural clashes). The search is guided stocastically by a

METHOD state in known proteins, using also a secondary structure prediction
